Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://atlantabestservices.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Mowing, Landscape Design, Sod Installation, Yard Cleanup, Interior Remodeling, Hardscape Installation, Mulching Services, Stump Removal provided by ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://atlantabestservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. ATL's Landscape & Remodeling Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
